We offer a wide range of classes from PiYo, Zumba, Country Heat, Core De Force, Boot Camp, Yoga Stretch, Vinyasa Yoga, Low Impact for Beginners, and Dance2Fit! Boot Camp with Merrilyn Mills are perfect for beginners-advanced looking to really lose weight, build strength, and tone. Have fun with an amazing group and sweat the stress away!
PiYo with Jenna Brooks is a wonderful combination of pilates and yoga with a continuous flow and fun fast paced music. It’s perfect for anyone that wants to build strength, flexibility, and tone.
Low Impact for Beginners with Jenna Brooks is the perfect way to get started in your fitness activity. We do some vigorous fun cardio walking while incorporating light weights, fun moves, and fun music. (Increase the weight as you like.) The latter half of the workout incorporates some additional weights with easy moves to get the job done! We always stay upright utilizing a chair for the additional weight section. Perfect for any age!
“As the owner of the studio, I must say I love everything we offer at Vivid. BUT I love teaching PiYo! It allows me to perform 2 of my favorite movements, Pilaties and Yoga, in a combined routine. It mixes the practices of Pilates and yoga to help build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it. PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Not to mention, the speed is cranked up to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined!
I love a low impact workout so its ideal for my personal preference and allows people with poor joint function to also benefit from it. If you like to keep moving and love low impact movements- this is your workout! (For the moderate-advanced). I may be biased but its definitely my favorite formate.
Low Impact for Beginners is my way to give anyone at any age a way to stay active, keep or gain mobility, and start to feel confident in their own skin again. I love being able to give people a way to feel good about their health by staying active while being at any fitness level or any age.

Fast but fun dance type fitness that burns so many calories and makes you feel as if your just in the middle of a huge party! A crowd favorite!
I love Zumba because you get to put everything aside and just have fun for an hour (while burning calories!). Zumba is also a community. It’s a judgement free zone with lots of jokes and laughter. Anyone who comes to my class knows that its meant to be stress free. You don’t have to be a great dancer to take my class. This is our hour to escape! If you’re having fun, I’m having fun!

Country Heat Live is my soulmate workout! This country dance inspired, low impact cardio workout is sure to turn up the heat and make you sweat. My favorite part of this program is that it’s so much fun you don’t feel like you’re working out.

I have lived in this town all my 46 years! I have 3 kids and a bonus son. I have been a licensed Zumba instructor for 8 1/2 years. I am ACE certified as a Personal trainer, and also Certified LIVESTRONG Instructor. I enjoy working in my garden and hanging out with my kids.
I have taken an even greater appreciation and interest in exercise since being diagnosed with cancer in July 2016. I have changed my diet and outlook on many things and know that living life to the fullest every day… is what gets us through. Appreciating the daily “chaos” even the mundane has become more prevalent. And I know i am not just lucky… I am blessed.
